Hernán Le Pera

I am an Argentine lawyer and MBA with over two decades of international experience advising companies, institutions, and individuals across a wide range of legal areas, including corporate law, contract negotiation, private client, and international business transactions.

My career spans nearly 20 years at a leading international law firm in Buenos Aires, where I advised global clients on complex M&A transactions, joint ventures, cross-border contracts, and estate planning. I have participated in international arbitration, particularly under ICC rules, and have been part in numerous high-stakes disputes involving multinational entities.

In parallel with my legal practice, I spent 18 years in the airline industry, where I served as a B737 captain and instructor and acted as legal advisor to senior management on aviation regulatory matters. This unique combination of operational and legal experience allows me to bring a practical, business-oriented approach to legal problem-solving, particularly in the aviation and transportation sectors.

I hold a law degree from Universidad de Belgrano, an MBA in Aviation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and postgraduate training in trust law, oil and gas law, and telecommunications law. I’ve also taught Corporate Law at the university level and published articles on corporate governance, shareholder rights, and airline business models.
