I have extensive experience negotiating, drafting, and finalizing international business contracts and commercial agreements, including loan and finance, licensing, distribution, sale and purchase, construction, oil hedging, and consultancy agreements.

Corporate
I have represented foreign shareholders in major Argentine companies. My corporate practice involves regular interaction with shareholders and management. I advise on a broad range of matters, including articles of incorporation, by-laws, powers of attorney, board and shareholder meetings, and other day-to-day corporate issues.

Acquisitions
I have advised domestic and international companies in private acquisitions, covering various stages of the process such as due diligence, negotiation, and the preparation of transactional documents.

Estate Planning
I counsel individuals on wealth structuring and estate planning, including the establishment, administration, restructuring, and termination of trust structures. I also advise on the use of corporate vehicles across various international jurisdictions.

Aviation Law
With eighteen years of airline flying experience and nearly two decades in legal practice, I offer a unique perspective on aviation law. As a former B737 captain and flight instructor, I’ve flown the Airbus A310 and Boeing 747-400. I have advised the senior operations management of Aerolíneas Argentinas on both local and international aviation regulations, combining operational insight with legal expertise.

Litigation and Arbitration
My practice includes participation in high-profile domestic and international litigation and arbitration proceedings, including cases before the International Chamber of Commerce.
